These implants consist of a silicone shell filled with sterile saline solution. Saline implants can be filled after they are placed in the body to allow for minor modifications in size after placement and smaller surgical incisions.

There are advantages and disadvantages to placing breast implants above or below the chest muscle. Most Asian patients do not have enough breast tissue. Closes the incision with sutures.
